This patch implements basic NA Party Finder resources that have been most commonly being used for 7.2 High-end content.

• –Added 'Cleavemaxxing' resources.

• –Added 'Toxic Friends' raidplans for phase 1 and phase 3.
• –Added 'Locked Seeds' resources for phase 2.

M8S

• –Added resources from the M8S gigabin which includes:
  • –Phase 1: Millenial Fering - Tera Clock - Quad Moonlight
  • –Phase 2: TF + Rinon Wolf's Lament/UV4

Recollection Extreme Resources

• –Added 'Hector' strats combined with the 'EF2 Braindead' methodology.
